Requirements
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in Rewards • Actively participated in salary benchmarking, building salary references, job grades and leading compensation review processes at large scale • Experience managing share schemes and ESOPs programs • Diligent, detail-oriented and loves to solve data-related problems • Good communicator with a core ability to simplify complex topics • Understanding of technical interactions between different tools (HRIS, compensation tool)
