• The Principal Consultant Manager – EHS&S role is fully-remote. • Focus on strategy, selection, setup, and support of leading EHS & Sustainability information management systems. • Help clients manage compliance, risk, and return value. • Responsible for planning and designing projects with clients and colleagues. • Bring in new accounts and cross-sell Montrose services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience managing environmental, health, safety, and/or sustainability projects. • Strong comfort level and/or interest in technology delivering results. • Project estimation & proposal writing. • Strong business development communication skills – in writing and verbally. • Proven experience overseeing multiple clients and projects simultaneously of varying size. • Confident leader with proven successes leading projects and managing clients. • Ability to work independently within deadlines and budgets. • Skilled with a variety of tools (e.g., MS Excel/Word, PowerPoint, Access, SQL, PowerBI). • Interest in consulting, sustainability, EHSS solutions, data management, and IT.
