• Responsible for driving Cardiology Informatics sales growth in the UK&I • Driving new business opportunities and building customer relationships • Collaborating with specialists and leaders during sales processes • Engage with customer partners to identify new opportunities • Lead contract negotiations and secure beneficial terms • Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene for effective reporting and forecasting

Requirements

• Preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Physiology etc.) • Extensive understanding of Cardiology Workflows • Experience of working with Cardiology KOLs in UK&I • Ability to demonstrate experience of growing Cardiology business in UK&I, by gaining market share • Position and present our Cardiology portfolio at industry events • Deep customer-orientation, track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key Cardiology decision makers (incl. C-suite) • Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards Cardiology Sales objectives and delivering commercial targets • Preferred in-depth experience of selling Cardiology products in a clinical environment • Presentation Skills & Basic Demonstration Skills (CVIS, ISCV, UWS, XperIM) • Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results • Understand how to efficiently leverage specialist knowledge / product resources to develop tailored customer offerings • Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles • Resilient sales mindset able to adapt in a dynamic customer environment • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) • Quality first and Patient Safety mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
