β’ Develop and expand wholesale mortgage sales within a designated market, focusing on non-QM products. β’ Maintain a minimum monthly production of $1,500,000. β’ Build and transition new and existing wholesale relationships to Dominion Financial Services. β’ Work directly with broker clients to structure deals, solve problems, and drive successful loan closings.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance, or related field. β’ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage non-QM mortgage wholesale sales, with at least 5 years in mortgage industry. β’ Proven track record of successfully leading mortgage sales efforts and building wholesale partner relationships. β’ Thorough understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. β’ Experience with Encompass and Salesforce β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
