🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Experience, Retention oder CRM • Expertise in CRM-Plattformen (z. B. Klaviyo, Klar) und Datenanalyse • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten - du kannst Daten erfassen, auswerten, strategische Maßnahmen ableiten und arbeitest gerne datenbasiert. • Erfahrung im internationalen Wachstum und Skalierung von Retention-Strategien • Projekt- & Kampagnenmanagement-Skills – du steuerst Projekte effizient von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung • Hohe Kundenorientierung & Kommunikationsstärke – du verstehst, was Kund:innen wirklich wollen
