• End-to-end responsibility: Du bist verantwortlich für unsere Retention KPIs wie die Monthly Active User und die Produktivität unserer Ärzte • Data & Product Analytics: Gemeinsam mit unserem Business Automation Manager führst du Kohortenanalysen durch, um das Verhalten und die Retention von unseren Ärzten zu verstehen • CRM Execution & Strategy: Du führst CRM-Initiativen mit Braze durch, erstellst E-Mails, Push-Benachrichtigungen, In-App-Messages und Content, um den CLV unserer Ärzte zu erhöhen • Growth Strategy: Du analysierst und kreierst Habit Loops, zentral für die Retention bei TeleClinic • Product Insights & Features: Du gibst Input für Product Roadmaps & Features basierend auf datengestützten Erkenntnissen, Ärztefeedback und erfolgreichen MVPs

🎯 Requirements

• CRM Excellence: Du hast viel Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von CRM-Strategien, die Activation, Engagement und Retention von Ärzten fördern • Data Proficiency: Du hast starke analytische Fähigkeiten mit Erfahrung in der Kohortenanalyse, statistischen Methoden, Experimenten und der Ableitung umsetzbarer Erkenntnisse aus Daten • Hypothesis-Driven Work: Du arbeitest hypothesenbasiert und hast Erfahrung im formulieren, testen und iterieren von Hypothesen • Hands-on Approach: Du bist ein Problemlöser mit Schwerpunkt auf praktischer und effizienter Umsetzung operativer Themen • Erfahrung mit no-code/low-code Plattformen ist ein Plus
