• Als Teil unseres Customer Success Teams bist du der erste Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden und löst ihre Anliegen und Herausforderungen. • Dein Fokus liegt dabei auf der telefonischen und schriftlichen Betreuung technischer Anfragen. • Gleichzeitig trägst du als Customer Success Manager aktiv zur Verbesserung unserer internen Prozesse bei und stärkst somit das Fundament unseres Unternehmens. • Technischer Support für Balkonkraftwerke: Du bist der Ansprechpartner für technische Anfragen. • Kunden-Kommunikation im Ticketing-System: Du bearbeitest und priorisierst eingehende Anfragen. • Telefonischer Kundenservice: Du beantwortest die Fragen unserer Kunden charmant am Telefon. • Optimierung interner Abläufe: Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen. • Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder: Unterstützen neuer Teammitglieder im Bereich Customer Success.
