Description

• PE-backed start-up, DoseSpot is a leader in electronic prescribing software • Seeking a Partner Success Manager to build long-term relationships with customers • Focus on health system, patient engagement and pharma partner accounts • Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience • Manage customer account metrics, forecasts, and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role with customer retention or growth goals • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts • Has worked for or sold into health systems • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Expertise with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated ability to achieve account growth goals and build strategic partnerships • Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts while maintaining attention to detail
