• PE-backed start-up, DoseSpot is a dynamic leader in electronic prescribing software. • Seeking a dedicated RxLink Patient Support Representative. • Responsible for answering patient inquiries regarding RxLink medication affordability program. • Assist patients with understanding program and discounts, troubleshooting issues, and saving on medications. • Ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) • Previous experience in patient service, particularly in healthcare or pharmacy-related roles, is a plus • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to explain complex information in an easy-to-understand manner • Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and phone systems • Knowledge of pharmacy terminology and discount card programs is beneficial but not required • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals • A positive, friendly attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent patient service
