📋 Description

• PE-backed start-up, DoseSpot is a dynamic and innovative leader in the electronic prescribing software market, and its subsidiary, pVerify, is an industry leading insurance verification solution. We are on a hyper-growth curve at the intersection of the software and healthcare industries. • The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) serves as a bridge between the product and growth teams, ensuring successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product adoption. • Creates the go-to-market brief for new features and products, ensuring all key marketing materials – including the website, sales enablement documents, videos, etc. – are updated as necessary. • Collaborates with the product team to gather "voice of customer" feedback and uses it to shape business plans for new markets, products, features, and functionalities. • Acts as the primary source of truth for product metrics and monitors customer satisfaction alongside the product team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product, marketing and sales, ideally with a focus on product marketing • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and sales enablement • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and proficiency in marketing automation solutions such as Salesforce, Hubspot, PowerBI, Data Warehouses, etc. • Ability to work independently and with a results-driven mindset to achieve set goals in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable leading cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, support, operations, etc.) with a demonstrated ability to get team members on board • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing priorities • Impeccable organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to be flexible and have a high comfort level with ambiguity • Open to travel for team meetings and industry events • Industry knowledge of healthcare and/or SaaS solutions is essential • Public speaking and presentation skills are preferred
