Description
• Participate in customer calls to identify their technical needs • Increase adoption by showcasing dotCMS features • Build customer POCs addressing specific requirements • Support post-sales activities and respond to technical clarifications • Audit and review existing implementations for optimization
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering roles with modern Front-end technologies such as NextJS, Vue, and/or Angular • 1 to 3 years in Solutions Consultant roles within SaaS • Demonstrated client-facing experience with POCs during post-sales • Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and integrations • Experience with JavaScript, Scripting, Docker, and CSS frameworks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Equivalent experience considered)
