•Regional Sales Director •Location: Field •Territory: New York state •Schedule: Monday-Friday •Lead a team of sales representatives towards achieving revenue, volume, and distribution goals in New York. •Hire, train, and motivate sales team. •Build and leverage relationships with wholesaler partners.
Requirements
•3+ years of outside sales experience •2+ years of direct sales management experience •Experience managing budgets and a weekly/monthly account list •Reside in the same area as the covered territory •Valid driver’s license and vehicle •Experience working in the alcohol / liquor / beer / wine industry •Experience in sales training •Proficient in Google Suite
