Description

• Manage and oversee the entire production process, from product development to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met. • Foster and maintain strong relationships with sourced factories to ensure effective and timely collaboration in production processes. • Coordinate internal and external communication across departments, including design, marketing, logistics, and vendors, ensuring transparency and alignment in project goals. • Monitor the progress of product development through product tracking systems, ensuring all stages of production meet established deadlines and quality expectations. • Review and approve pre-production samples, providing vendors with detailed feedback and quality control documentation. • Set up products on the company’s e-commerce platform and ensure launch schedules are met in collaboration with the marketing team. • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely product delivery and address any production-related issues affecting customer service. • Work closely with customer service teams to resolve product-related issues and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. • Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related challenges using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrate keen attention to detail by identifying and correcting errors early in the production process.

Requirements

• Experience in product development or manufacturing, ideally within the consumer goods or video game merchandise industry. • Strong understanding of retail sales, e-commerce, and licensed product manufacturing. • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Dropbox, Shopify, Fishbowl, and Licensor Mediabox. • Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and global supply chain processes is a plus. • Knowledge of video games, pop culture, and licensed merchandise is an advantage.
