• Remote opportunity in states including VA, MD, TN, NC, FL, SC, TX, WV, GA, AR, KY. • Lead and mentor a team of direct and indirect reports in sourcing and contracting operations. • Develop and execute strategies to optimize non-labor expense reduction while maximizing quality and customer satisfaction. • Manage sourcing and contracting spend categories, ensuring regulatory compliance. • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and monitor KPIs for success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related field • Certified Resource Management Professional (CRMP) preferred. • Minimum of 4 years of sourcing and contracting experience, preferably in an acute healthcare setting. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving accountability for results. • Knowledge of government regulatory bodies and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry. • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday), contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, and comparative price benchmark databases. • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
