Description
• Lead a team of associates managing day-to-day operations for Pick6. • Own and develop content merchandising strategy for Pick6. • Develop and implement testing plans to analyze results and improve performance. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Pick6 Operations, Promotions, Analytics, CRM, and Finance. • Utilize data to identify the trends that influence future performance. • Create presentations and written materials and present to both technical and non-technical audiences in an effective way, articulating ideas, and opinions clearly and efficiently.
Requirements
• Degree in a quantitative or business-related field or equivalent experience. • Enthusiasm for sports, with an interest in fantasy sports. • Experience as a lead or people manager. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. • Adaptability in a new, fast-paced, results-oriented environment. • Ability to make and confidently defend decisions, even when solutions aren't clear-cut.
