• Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specialized in connecting with consumers through Experiential Marketing, Sales & Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing. • As an Event Manager, you will play both a lead and support role in the planning, production and execution phases of regional and national events. • You will manage Event Coordinators to deliver on event objectives and project deliverables. • You will receive in-depth and comprehensive training, providing you with necessary skills to contribute to projects and collaborate with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Event Planning experience; Event planning specific to commercial audiences is an asset • Experience in producing large scale experiences and events • Ability to manage multiple projects with demonstrated ability to think and plan ahead • Excellent client service and customer service experience • Highly motivated and proactive, anticipating the next steps and moving them forward without intervention • Highly organized, detail orientated, able to manage workflow in an efficient and effective manner • Strong team building and leadership skills • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and Excel in particular • Strong time management skills. Ability to manage time effectively is a must
