• Provide support to new hires and internal users • Manage onboarding processes for a positive candidate experience • Process transfers and redeployments in the HR system • Conduct regular audits and collect data for analytics
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED • Minimum one (1) year of experience in Talent Acquisition or in a customer-focused call center • Experience using computer systems to track progress on assigned work • Experience following operational processes to complete work accurately, every time • Excellent verbal/written communications and customer service skills • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft programs • Ability to follow instructions and processes for every transaction • Ability to examine, discover, and report breaks in HR processes
