β€’ Provide support to new hires and internal users β€’ Manage onboarding processes for a positive candidate experience β€’ Process transfers and redeployments in the HR system β€’ Conduct regular audits and collect data for analytics

Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma/GED β€’ Minimum one (1) year of experience in Talent Acquisition or in a customer-focused call center β€’ Experience using computer systems to track progress on assigned work β€’ Experience following operational processes to complete work accurately, every time β€’ Excellent verbal/written communications and customer service skills β€’ Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft programs β€’ Ability to follow instructions and processes for every transaction β€’ Ability to examine, discover, and report breaks in HR processes
