• The Territory Mgr. will oversee a specific territory for an organization and acts as a liaison between company headquarters and the company’s presence in their respective territory. • The Territory manager’s primary job is to increase sales volume within their assigned region. • The Territory manager is also responsible for developing new business opportunities, ensuring customer needs are met satisfactorily, and ensuring that the company’s presence in their assigned area meets the company’s standards and expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • Experience Requirements: • Three years of experience performing in-store merchandising with knowledge of Wireless Industry • One year of supervisory/management experience required to effectively perform the job’s responsibilities • Experience in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing or within a service organization • Strong selling, presentation, and computer skills. • Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements: • Strong communication skills including being able to effectively present in front of small and large groups • Be a self-starter and independent worker with the ability to manage their daily activity efficiently on their own • Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and act in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment • Be competitive and passionate about selling. • Physical Requirements: • Seeing • Color Perception • Lifting (50 lbs.) • Ability to Travel • Listening • Pushing/Pulling • Carrying (50 lbs)
