•Join Drata as our new Director of Customer Success Digital! •Provide mentorship, direction and empower the Customer Success Group to build strong and lasting relationships with our customers through both digital and human interactions. •Lead a team of Scaled Success CSMs and drive the successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of digital initiatives within the organization. •Play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through digital transformation journeys, ensuring that technology investments translate into tangible business value and competitive advantage. •Collaborate with senior management to define digital transformation objectives and roadmap. •Drive change management efforts to foster a culture of digital adoption. •Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of the digital initiatives across all customer segments.
•10+ years of proven experience in Customer Success or similar role focusing on scaled and digital transformation from SaaS organizations •5-8 years of talent management experience and proven track record of accelerating GRR and NRR at scale •Project management, or IT leadership roles. Experience in change management is highly desirable •Experienced in tool evaluations/integrations with the latest technologies to drive high impact using data, AI and various digital signals to improve product adoption •Strong leadership and influencing skills •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities •Proficiency in project management methodologies •Understanding of digital technologies and their business applications
