β€’ We are looking for a skilled social media and content manager to enhance our company's online presence. β€’ Social Media Management: β€’ Manage and grow Senzu's presence on TikTok and Instagram using ContentStudio.io and Metricool.com β€’ Manage and grow DreamHire's LinkedIn presence for both client acquisition and candidate recruitment β€’ Respond to customer questions and comments across all social platforms β€’ Conduct social media influencer outreach, negotiate deals, and manage UGC content β€’ Assist with marketing campaigns and product launches on social media β€’ Create and maintain a content calendar, planning promotions around holidays and events β€’ Content Creation and SEO: β€’ Produce blog content for both Senzu and DreamHire using AI tools like perplexity.ai and Claude.ai β€’ Proofread and optimize content using tools like neuronwriter.com and writerzen.com for SEO β€’ Collaborate with SEO agency to improve organic rankings for Amazon products, Shopify, and DreamHire β€’ Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics and use SEO tools like Ubersuggest and SheerSEO β€’ Email Marketing: β€’ Manage newsletters and email flows for Senzu.com using Klaviyo or Omnisend β€’ Manage the DreamHire.com newsletter β€’ Analytics and Reporting: β€’ Use UTMs and spreadsheets to organize and track all marketing efforts β€’ Monitor and provide regular reports on social media growth and content performance metrics β€’ Affiliate Deals β€’ Arrange affiliate deals with course creators, influencers, and others for referrals to DreamHire β€’ Additional Tasks: β€’ Post content for company on relevant platforms β€’ Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices
