• Dremio is the unified lakehouse platform for self-service analytics and AI, serving hundreds of global enterprises, including Maersk, Amazon, Regeneron, NetApp, and S&P Global. • We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of cutting-edge data projects in Dremio. • This role focuses on leveraging modern data platforms like dbt and Dremio, with a strong emphasis on data lakehouses, Apache Iceberg, and data transformation workflows. • As a key member of our product management team, you will shape the future of our data ecosystem and empower teams to make data-driven decisions. • Define and execute the product roadmap for data projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends. • Actively engage with data engineering tools and platforms (DBT, Dremio, Apache Iceberg) to understand technical challenges and provide actionable solutions. • Partner with engineering, marketing, and business teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver impactful data solutions. • Lead the integration and optimization of data warehouses and data lakehouse solutions, enabling efficient data workflows and governance. • Drive adoption of modern technologies such as Apache Iceberg to enhance performance, scalability, and manageability of data systems. • Ensure product solutions address real-world problems, enhance data accessibility, and improve user experience. • Stay updated on data engineering and analytics trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 6+ years of product management experience with a focus on data platforms, warehouses, or analytics • Proven expertise with dbt, Dremio, Apache Iceberg, and/or cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) • Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT workflows, and managing data products in a modern stack • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to deliver results • Track record of tackling complex technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences • Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
