• OLIPOP’s Corporate Communications Manager is an expert communicator, supporting the development, integration and implementation of a broad range of communications and stakeholder management strategies that support the company’s vision, culture and business plans. • Reporting to the Director of PR + Communications, this role will support in translating these strategies into clear, consistent and effective messaging across multiple channels. • Manage crisis plans and collaborate with internal departments across a variety of key business objectives, as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, PR, English or related business field • At least 6+ years of communications experience including corporate experience with a strong emphasis on executive and corporate writing • CPG experience preferred • Significant experience in crisis communications and fundamental understanding of how to expediently develop plans to address a crisis • Experience in working with news media, notably business and/or investigative journalists • Solid business acumen and analytical skills • Experience in creating engaging, compelling content for business-owned social media channels • Impeccable attention to detail and consistency in daily program execution • Strong project management skills and the ability to create and execute to a plan • Collaborative and energetic working style and enjoyment of working cross-functionally with members of wider organization • Ability to lead and present concepts and recommendations • Must be a self-starter and highly motivated • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and be a team player.
