πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ The Director of Commercial Planning is a leadership role responsible for driving the commercial strategy and planning process within the organization. β€’ This individual will work closely with executive leadership, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to develop, execute, and optimize the company’s commercial objectives. β€’ The Director will ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational performance, analyze key metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to improve business outcomes and profitability. β€’ This role will also drive key revenue management objectives including brand price position, product assortment, price architecture and promotion optimization. β€’ Integrating revenue management across the organization including processes, tools and training is critical.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in commercial planning, sales strategy, or a related field, with some leadership experience. β€’ 3+ years of experience working with SPINS, Nielsen and other syndicated data platforms to provide insights. β€’ 2+ years of experience in people leadership, managing a team and/or function. β€’ Proven experience in developing and executing strategic commercial plans that drive revenue growth and profitability. β€’ Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. β€’ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence senior leadership. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. β€’ Ability to take initiative and work autonomously – you can run with something from beginning to end. β€’ Works well with ambiguity and asks the right questions to get at the solution. β€’ Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite. Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom preferred.
