β’ The Director of Commercial Planning is a leadership role responsible for driving the commercial strategy and planning process within the organization. β’ This individual will work closely with executive leadership, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to develop, execute, and optimize the companyβs commercial objectives. β’ The Director will ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational performance, analyze key metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to improve business outcomes and profitability. β’ This role will also drive key revenue management objectives including brand price position, product assortment, price architecture and promotion optimization. β’ Integrating revenue management across the organization including processes, tools and training is critical.
β’ 8+ years of experience in commercial planning, sales strategy, or a related field, with some leadership experience. β’ 3+ years of experience working with SPINS, Nielsen and other syndicated data platforms to provide insights. β’ 2+ years of experience in people leadership, managing a team and/or function. β’ Proven experience in developing and executing strategic commercial plans that drive revenue growth and profitability. β’ Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence senior leadership. β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. β’ Ability to take initiative and work autonomously β you can run with something from beginning to end. β’ Works well with ambiguity and asks the right questions to get at the solution. β’ Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
