We’re responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal: shipping high quality products and creating customer value. • As a Staff Product Manager, you are working diligently to build the essential product and platform capabilities to scale and unify Dropbox's suite of products. • You will lead multiple teams in defining new products and platforms that have a company-wide impact. • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to deliver innovative consumer and enterprise platform offerings, supporting our AI/ML-powered Dash products. • We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Product Management leader to drive innovation and execute initiatives within the Connector and Dash Integrations Ecosystem across the company.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, or relevant field. MBA is a plus. • The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of PM experience. • Define and evolve the multi-year platform-building experiences, balancing a portfolio of foundational investments, run-the-business activities, and exploratory bets. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple partner stakeholders. • Demonstrates customer empathy for both internal and external customer needs and behaviors. • Capable of building alignment and listening well, but also able to make tough decisions by framing different options and trade-offs. • Skilled in analyzing and utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions. • A strong communicator with the ability to influence through cross-functional collaboration skills. • Strong technical and domain expertise in platforms. • A proven track record of successful product outcomes from concept to completion. • Comfortable with business strategy, portfolio and investment prioritization, cost analysis, key performance tracking, and financial metrics. • Ability to zoom in and out to deeply understand industry trends, platform ecosystems, and competitive advantages.
