β€’ Builder.io is looking to add an accomplished sales leader to our growing team. β€’ Partner closely with the VP of Sales to build and develop a world-class Account Executive team. β€’ Play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward. β€’ Hire, develop, and coach your team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales objectives. β€’ Drive operational excellence through a tight operating rhythm and structured sales process. β€’ Help your team in generating, advancing, and closing strategic deals. β€’ Develop and implement sales strategies that drive monthly, quarterly and yearly growth.

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience, leading teams focused on selling to the Global 2k β€’ Expert knowledge and experience in building and motivating sales teams, growing pipeline, and hitting and exceeding revenue targets β€’ Expertise in developing and executing value based sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive significant revenue growth β€’ Strong background in selling to enterprise customers, with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of enterprise sales cycles. β€’ Network of top talent β€’ Data-driven approach to leading your team and growing your business β€’ A solid understanding of front-end software development processes and technologies β€’ Consistent achievement of sales goals with high seller participation
