β€’ It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing! β€’ Responsible to grow the company's presence, customer relationships, and sales in the Nashville, TN greater metro marketplace. β€’ Manage an existing account base and grow sales in other value-added manufactured products in the company's product offering including surface finishing, metalworking fluids, and heat treatment markets. β€’ Maintenance of customer accounts once established is equally as important as efforts to generate new business. β€’ Responsible for communicating customer needs and requirements to all functional areas of the company to ensure that efforts are coordinated resulting in rapid organic sales growth. β€’ New Sales Professionals receive thorough training and mentoring to support success. β€’ Outstanding field and Research & Development (R&D) technical team to support selling opportunities and account management. β€’ Travel to current and prospective customers to development relationships and grow sales.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business field preferred. β€’ 2+ years of sales experience is preferred. β€’ Demonstrated experience selling in the industrial Surface Finishing, Metalworking Fluids, and/or Heat Treatment Products. β€’ Experience with chemical feed systems and equipment. β€’ Proven effectiveness in prospecting, closing new projects, and delivering effective presentations. β€’ Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships. β€’ High achievement orientation; driven to perform and grow. β€’ Strong consultation, negotiation, problem-resolution, and interpersonal skills. β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills. β€’ Ability to understand new product lines and utilize knowledge to fulfill customer needs. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office. β€’ Professionally developed sales and territory management skills. β€’ Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight travel. β€’ Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. β€’ Ability to perform technical/mechanical on-site testing.
