• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising roles, ideally, 2+ years in marketing consumer apps. • Hands-on expertise managing paid digital marketing campaigns, with a record of scaling growth profitably. • Experience with strategic planning and execution in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, CTV, etc). • Ability to execute complex and ambiguous projects across business strategy and marketing tactics. • Advanced analytical skills, including data analysis, modeling, statistics, surveys and more. • Creative problem solving and idea generation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
