โ€ข Own & Optimize Paid Media Strategy: Lead a full-funnel, multi-channel paid growth strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention โ€ข Explore & Expand Growth Channels: Go beyond traditional SEM and socialโ€”identify, test, and scale unconventional, high-impact paid channels that resonate with LGBTQIA+ communities โ€ข Manage Budget Efficiently: Ensure budget efficiency, performance optimization, and strategic scaling of paid media efforts โ€ข Experiment & Iterate: Develop and execute testing frameworks (A/B tests, landing page experiments, audience segmentation) to enhance performance โ€ข Lead CRO & Landing Page Optimization: Partner with product and content teams to optimize conversion paths, improve user experience, and increase engagement โ€ข Analyze & Act on Insights: Leverage performance data to refine strategies in real time, ensuring continuous improvement in CAC, LTV, and ROAS โ€ข Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor digital marketing innovations, emerging platforms, and cultural trends to bring fresh ideas that drive growth and community engagement

โ€ข 5+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, with a strong background in paid media โ€ข Expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns, with a demonstrated ability to identify, test, and scale underutilized or emerging platforms across search, social, and other channels โ€ข Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), including A/B testing and landing page improvements โ€ข Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools โ€ข Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks and a test-and-learn mindset โ€ข Proven ability to manage agencies and external partners to drive results โ€ข A passion for creative problem-solving and finding new, unconventional ways to grow โ€ข Experience in healthcare or health tech is highly preferred โ€ข A commitment to and passion for LGBTQIA+ health and advocacy
