📋 Description

• Manage Axelar’s multi-channel marketing campaigns and growth initiatives from planning to measurement. • Develop, execute, and optimize B2B & Developer lead generation strategies across multiple channels. • Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels for growth. • Manage the creation of engaging assets like webinars, landing pages, and emails. • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and growth strategies. • Partner with BD and DevX teams for feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience owning strategy-to-execution of growth marketing or demand generation campaigns • 5+ years of experience with campaign measurement & marketing attribution • 2+ years managing on-chain quests through platforms like Galxe and Layer3 • Experience in fintech, financial services or blockchain • Comfortable working across a range of segments ranging from startups to sales-driven enterprise engagement • Clear communicator and data-driven decision maker • Ability to work cross-functionally in a standalone role while collaborating with a diverse, global team. • Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift, and speed is key. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with both technical and creative expertise. • Passion for Web3 and a strong curiosity about how blockchain can drive innovation.
