🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of strategic consulting background ideally MBB or equivalent. • 2+ years of experience in B2C business related to growth (e.g., marketing, product, strategy or operations). • Strategic and creative thinker who can innovate on customer acquisition approaches while deeply understanding customer needs and behaviors. • Agile operator who is data driven at all times and is obsessed with non-stop testing and learning. • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you have full ownership of your initiatives. • Customer-first mindset, with an innate ability to craft strategies that align with customer pain points and motivations. • Ownership mentality—you’re not satisfied with "good enough" and are always looking for ways to maximize impact.
