📋 Description

• Gartner Analysts are industry thought leaders who create must-have research, market predictions and best practices. • A Senior Director serves as a leader within Gartner’s Research and Advisory sector. • They are a trusted source of advice for clients, reinforcing Gartner’s value every day. • This role is an opportunity to join Gartner’s growing Emerging Technology and Trends (ETT) Practice. • This Analyst will need expertise in leading a product team to bring AI capabilities to market. • Overcoming obstacles of adoption and scaling of Artificial Intelligence across multiple industries. • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients and vendors with actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Recent experience in bringing artificial intelligence products or services to market, specializing in Generative AI • Recent experience in supporting the adoption of Artificial Intelligence software and services across multiple industries and geographies. • Critical thinking, curiosity, and self-motivation to discover and make sense of emerging technology early signals • Deep understanding of Emerging Artificial Technologies markets, adopters and technologies • Expertise in the business of AI products and services, company finances, and investor motivation • Demonstrated executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data • Ability to explain complex concepts concisely and simply • Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate.
