• The successful candidate will work closely with national distribution partners and OEM’s in The Baltic Countries and Finland to maintain and grow the sales of our DuPont™ Tyvek® and Airguard® construction membrane business. • Identify and drive new business opportunities to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets. • Identify and evaluate market opportunities to enter new and growing applications, identify and support the launch of new products. • Plan, forecast, report on sales and business performance according to company requirements. • Set and implement annual business plans. • Achieve annual sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technical field such as chemistry or engineering. • Fluent in English, Lithuania and Finnish. • High level of IT knowledge including Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc), SFDC. • Effective communicator across all levels of business. • Greater than 5 years working in the construction industry. • Proven track record in distribution partner management.
