• Responsible for managing and growing sales in assigned region. • Develop and maintain relationships with customers. • Achieve sales targets for DuPont Personal Protection portfolio. • Train channel sellers to sell DPP product portfolio. • Conduct competitive analysis and develop selling tools. • Respond to critical sales events and coach internal sellers.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • 3-5 years of sales experience in the safety industry preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
