Description

• Implementing technical solutions using industry best practices • Develop product vision for the custom CPQ implementation on force.com • Responsible for ensuring right level of non-functional needs such as quality, scalability, performance, flexibility, modularity, maintainability etc. • Perform gap analysis, develop prototypes for new foundational product capabilities. • Guide and influence team members to accomplish the team’s technical architecture and solution designs. • Identify risks to the initiatives • Lead the technical team from inception to delivery and post production support. • Develop Lightning Web components to provide better and more interactive experiences for end-users • Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other third-party applications and systems • Configure new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce platform using declarative and programmatic solutions • Prepare technical specifications and detailed design documents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or similar technical field • 3+ years experience in Salesforce development, components and data management • Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I • Experienced in developing Lightning web components, Aura components, Apex classes, triggers, Force.com IDE and SOQL/SOSL • Expert knowledge of Salesforce design, development & data structures • Experienced in integrating with Marketing Automation systems, SSO systems and data enrichment tools using connectors & SOAP/REST APIs • Experience with BitBucket or GitHub • Hands-on experience with agile software like JIRA • Strong communication skills (written/verbal) to interact with team members including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Engineers, IT Management • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure and in challenging situations
