Description

• The Regional Sales Manager proactively drive sales in the C&I market, increasing new and existing business. • They will manage a regional sales team of Manufacturer’s Representatives that meets its volume growth (balanced selling), price quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or business administration or technical field / advanced degree desirable; • Equitable experience in lieu of degree will be considered. • Minimum of 3 years of that experience working in sales and experience working with sales/manufacturer’s reps • Technical selling aptitude is a must • Account Management experience • Experience with salesforce.com • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States • Experience in performance managing manufacturer’s reps including measurement of performance against established KPI’s and ensuring the appropriate network of Representatives preferred. • Responsible for Sales accounts/region of $10 MUSD or higher preferred. • Experience in C&I sales preferred. • Understanding and experience with portfolio of products and services in the Hitachi Energy C&I segment preferred.
