🎯 Requirements

β€’ Account Executive with 6+ years of progressive growth and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas β€’ OR 3+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with a solid background in construction β€’ 'Startup adaptable', you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to the team's evolving strategies β€’ Action-oriented, thrives on taking initiative, making things happen, and has a passion for learning β€’ Experience selling a product with a physical component (e.g., hardware, real estate, or within the built environment) β€’ Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and excel in a fully remote role. β€’ Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to think like a business owner, grasp market dynamics and communicate effectively with senior leadership, including C-suite executives β€’ Familiarity with the construction industry is preferred but not required.
