Description

• Founded in 2017, Dutchie powers dispensary operations and provides consumers safe access to cannabis. • Delivering reporting software and data products for Retail owners/operators and Suppliers. • Unique opportunity to build and scale data products that engage owners daily. • Responsible for end-to-end reporting & analytics products & capabilities at Dutchie. • Leverage quantitative information to prioritize impactful opportunities. • Work with engineering scrum teams to execute on Retail and Supplier products. • Collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM to deliver meaningful insights. • Support customers from single location to multi-state operators using reporting products. • Lead mobile reporting strategy for an executive reporting product.

Requirements

• 4+ years Product Management experience with a proven history of success • Directly responsible for execution and success of your company’s reporting and data products • Ability to synthesize complex data sets into simple insights • Experience defining and running qualitative customer research (interviews, moderated/unmoderated UX, etc.) • A customer-first mindset and high standards for the work you deliver • Ability to define and prioritize across multiple initiatives • Excellence in building cross-functional relationships • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written • Curiosity, adaptability and an entrepreneurial spirit- you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done • Relentless curiosity and resilience
