Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study. • 8+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in Senior Living healthcare and SaaS business. • Experience managing and mentoring software product managers. • Passion for understanding customer needs with a demonstrable track record. • A strong balance of strategic and tactical skills. • High degree of adaptability and experience creating clarity from ambiguity. • Excellent listener, communicator, cross-functional leader, natural facilitator. • Ability to represent the company with insight, integrity and confidence. • Enthusiastic leader with a positive and resilient personality.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $189,000 - $210,000 • Bonus or commission • Equity • Benefits
