Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field of study. • Solid understanding of Agile practices. Familiarity with Design Thinking is preferred. • 5+ years' experience in Product Management, preferably in Senior Living Revenue Cycle, Private Pay and SaaS business. • Managing and mentoring preferably software product managers with proven ability to grow and mentor others. • Passion for understanding customer needs with a demonstrable track record delivering software with exceptional user experiences. • A strong balance of strategic and tactical skills, and ability to achieve business goals while making difficult tradeoff decisions. • Excellent communicator, cross-functional leader, natural facilitator, with influencing skills at all levels of the organization. • Ability to represent the company with insight, integrity and confidence while working with internal and external stakeholders. • Enthusiastic leader with a positive and resilient personality who embraces change and desires continuous iteration and improvement on products and processes.
