Description

• Build and foster a vibrant developer community around NodeShift Cloud. • Organize and host online and offline events (webinars, AMAs, workshops, hackathons) to engage with developers. • Act as the primary point of contact for the developer community, addressing questions, gathering feedback, and providing support. • Establish and nurture relationships with influencers, advocates, and key opinion leaders in the cloud and blockchain space. • Manage community forums, groups, and discussions to ensure a positive and collaborative environment. • Develop and execute strategies to grow NodeShift’s following on Twitter and LinkedIn. • Actively post hundreds of thoroughly thought comments on Twitter and LinkedIn, contribute value to the wider developer community. • Create engaging content (posts, threads, articles, videos) that resonates with developers and cloud professionals. • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to improve engagement and reach. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community-building efforts with broader marketing and growth goals. • Partner with developers and industry experts to create technical content, tutorials, and case studies that showcase the value of NodeShift Cloud. • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product) to relay community feedback and influence product development. • Track and analyze community engagement, social media growth, and developer sentiment to measure success and optimize future efforts. • Provide regular updates and reports on community growth, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community building or developer relations, ideally in the cloud computing or blockchain industry • Strong understanding of developer needs and a passion for creating meaningful connections within the developer ecosystem • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire developers across platforms • Experience with social media management, particularly on Twitter and LinkedIn • A proactive, self-starter mentality with a passion for growing and nurturing communities • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, blockchain technologies, and developer tools is a plus
