β€’ Accountable for developing an active pipeline and managing varied sales cycle demands by educating customers by developing and maintaining expert level knowledge of products, pricing, and market differentiators. β€’ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively. β€’ Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in the sales process. β€’ Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators. β€’ Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth. β€’ Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy. β€’ Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process. β€’ Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience β€’ Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role β€’ Proven track record in sales and sales enablement β€’ Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis β€’ A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology β€’ Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus β€’ Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
