📋 Description

• Process new business application transactions according to established procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Collaborate effectively with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments to resolve pending cases in a timely manner • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and a positive customer experience • Continuously evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes, enhancing the overall customer experience • Accurately process transactions in administrative systems in compliance with SEC, DXC, and Brighthouse guidelines and timeframes • Identify and report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests for further review • Supports the business process services team in delivering efficient and effective outsourced processes and services within the annuity and life insurance industry • Ensures services meet client objectives and quality standards • Demonstrates business knowledge and skills developed through formal training and work experience, contributing to the team’s success in achieving operational goals • Works within established procedures with moderate supervision, identifying issues and all contributing factors in straightforward situations, and making sound decisions based on standard procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned or required to support the team and business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or insurance • Proven experience working with insurance products, policies, procedures, and guidelines • Previous experience in the Life Insurance and Annuity industry • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail • Proficiency in following both oral and written directions to ensure successful task completion
