• Cultivate strong relationships with embedded partners. • Develop and articulate compelling solution architectures. • Provide expert technical guidance throughout the partner journey. • Create and deliver customized proofs of concept and demos. • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and training materials. • Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges. • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful partner outcomes. • Share partner success stories and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar role. • Proven experience working with embedded systems and platform integrations. • Expertise in data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, and ETL/data engineering tools like Spark, Python, SQL, Fivetran, and Matillion. • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and a strong understanding of data security and privacy best practices. • Knowledge of the HR technology industry is a plus. • Willingness to travel for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements as needed.
