Requirements
• 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience with 4 years in field marketing for high-tech • Deep understanding of ABM principles • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems • BA/BS or equivalent University degree; advanced degree is a plus • Bonus: Experience in HR technology and startups
Benefits
• Base pay $130k - $160k + bonus • Compensation includes commission plans • Additional benefits as shared during the interview
