β€’ Responsible for driving operational performance and excellence of subsidiary TPA businesses β€’ Monitor operational and product performance, optimize processes, and support capabilities β€’ Define and proactively monitor KPIs for performance excellence β€’ Lead the planning, development, and implementation of standard operating procedures β€’ Maintain, govern, and refine the operating model between DBG, subsidiary TPAs, and Blue Cross NC Enterprise β€’ Support budget, resource, and execution planning with TPA subsidiaries β€’ Ensure products meet appropriate regulatory, compliance and accreditation standards β€’ Lead a team of high-performing individuals on numerous initiatives in parallel

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) β€’ 8+ years of experience in related field β€’ In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field β€’ Experience in operations and/or client support within a TPA specializing in commercial ASO market β€’ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills with all levels of leadership β€’ Experience in developing process improvements to optimize program operations and support program success β€’ Ability to interpret and translate client feedback into action plans to improve product performance β€’ Experience working within matrixed team structure to troubleshoot and overcome obstacles β€’ Proficiency in project management, cross-functional team leadership, and root cause analysis
