Description

β€’ Leads and manages day-to-day operational aspects of Medicare related pharmacy benefit management (PBM) activities. β€’ Identifies, evaluates, and resolves issues with PBM related deliverables. β€’ Serves as a trusted solutions advisor by developing strong stakeholder relationships. β€’ Collaborates closely with project team members and sponsors to implement projects/programs. β€’ Oversees program to ensure initiatives have required resources and meet milestones. β€’ Controls and monitors project effectiveness; updates project plans as necessary. β€’ Represents Blue Cross NC in meetings with external parties including consultants and vendors. β€’ Evaluates program risks, developing contingency plans.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or advanced degree. β€’ 5+ years of experience in related field. β€’ In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field. β€’ Direct experience leading and implementing pharmacy programs. β€’ Extensive experience with PBMs.
