Description

• Contribute to the product vision and roadmap • Work with agile team to deliver exceptional member experiences • Define stories and own the team/sprint backlog • Set priorities to deliver value based on product roadmap • Foster a commitment to delivering high-quality features • Create epics from prioritized roadmap features • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights • Keep Product Manager and stakeholders informed of status throughout delivery • Act as liaison between business and the delivery team • Contribute to product roadmap

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) • 5+ years of experience in related field • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field • Demonstrated passion for the Web and creating exceptional digital member experiences • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to multi-task and properly set priorities based on business need and sense of urgency • Excellent verbal and written business communications skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with diverse project teams and across functional areas • Product Owner certification preferred (Scrum Alliance or SAFe) • Proficiency working in JIRA and Confluence or other relevant tool • Demonstrated health care industry knowledge and/or prior experience is preferred
