📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth through proactive lead generation and client outreach efforts. • The ideal candidate will excel at cold calling, nurturing leads, and qualifying prospects to generate qualified sales opportunities. • This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospect and qualify potential leads, introducing our products/services and identifying their needs and pain points. • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication via phone calls, emails, and other channels to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand prospects' business objectives, challenges, and priorities, and position our solutions as valuable solutions to their needs. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to specific industry verticals or customer segments. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, including detailed notes and next steps. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development. • Participate in regular sales training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development, with a track record of success in prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions and overcome objections effectively. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and persistence. • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
