• This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in Washington State to be eligible. • This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways. • The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in the marketing team by connecting with potential clients to understand their needs, introduce them to our care model and guide them through the referral process.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required. • 1+ years CRM Experience using Salesforce or similar platform. • Must be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and use time effectively. • 3+ years in a business development role which includes prospecting. • Must be able quickly build rapport with others, establishing and maintaining positive and productive relationships. • Must be proficient in actively listening with the goal of understanding how we might best meet the needs of others. • Must be able to collaborate effectively with others, working towards a common goal, sharing knowledge and responsibilities while fostering teamwork and building a positive team dynamic. • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
