β’ Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication, and strong listening skills. β’ Respond efficiently and accurately to callers. β’ Suggest appropriate products based on clients' needs. β’ Conduct outbound calls based on generated leads. β’ Call customers who abandoned their shopping cart. β’ Ensure that all placed orders are complete. β’ Handle nonvoice accounts via SMS, emails/tickets. β’ Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center and sales targets. β’ Create, maintain and update a database of customers. β’ Take part in training and other learning opportunities. β’ Build lasting relationships with clients.
